Eloisa Raffel, Founder and Executive Director

Eloisa has taught violin and viola in the Western New York region for over twenty years. Her education includes violin performance, orchestral training, Suzuki pedagogy, and business leadership. She is fully certified by the Suzuki Association of the Americas as a teacher of all Suzuki levels, from early childhood to advanced. She has also provided training and development for teachers and music education businesses across the US and in several different countries. Eloisa is a proud member of the Women’s Business Center at Canisius College.

For the past six years, Eloisa has been a certified Large Scale Disaster Responder volunteer with the American Red Cross and is a Docent at the Buffalo AKG Art Museum. In her free time, Eloisa is crazy about pickleball and enjoys weekly hikes & orienteering, volunteering, and visiting art museums.
